CRPF trooper shoots self in south Kashmir

Anantnag: A paramilitary trooper of 164 Battalion of Central Reserve Police Force committed suicide on Wednesday evening at Kokernag area in South Kashmir’s Anantnag District.

Official sources said that Head Constable Balester Paygi posted in Kokernag shot himself with his service rifle.

The slain trooper has reportedly committed suicide after he had a verbal brawl with his wife over the phone.
