Youth shot dead in Sopore
Sopore: Unidentified gunmen Wednesday evening fired upon a youth in Sopore area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Identified as Arif Ahmad Sofi (25), son of Mohammad Maqbool Sofi resident of Wahipora Unisoo, the youth, a labourer by profession, was fired upon by unidentified gunmen.
He was rushed to the local hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
Meanwhile, soon after the incident a large deployment of security personnel has been made in the area to nab the attackers.
