Opposition creates ruckus in JK Assembly, demands discussion on civilian killings

Jammu: Noisy scenes were witnessed in the lower house of Jammu and Kashmir Assembly on Wednesday after opposition created ruckus demanding the discussion on civilian killings in Kashmir.

According to the reports, the opposition parties had moved adjournment motion yesterday and asked the speaker to suspend others proceedings and allow discussion on civilian killing in Kashmir.

Reports said that MLA Langate Er Rasheed jumped in well of the House and accused the government of suppressing their Right to Freedom of speech and expression by disallowing them to use social media

The reports added that the opposition raised slogans against the government.
