Meanwhile complete shutdown is observed in many parts of southern Kashmir to mourn the death of militants who were killed during a Fidayeen attack in Lethpora Pulwama.

Clashes were going on when reports last came in.

Earlier a youth was injured when a bullet hit him during clashes with government forces in Drubgam village of Pulwama ahead of the funeral of slain Jaish militant Manzoor Ahmad Baba.

The youth, reportedly from Tahab village, was hit by a bullet in his face during the clashes. He was shifted to District Hospital Pulwama where from he was referred to Srinagar for specialized treatment.
