Srinagar: Government forces started a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in Akhran village of Mirbazar area in Kulgam district early morning today, reports said.

 

Source said on a tip-off about the presence of militants, Army and Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir police launched a joint search operation at Akhran,Katran and New colony Akhran in Kulgam district.

 

Search operation in the area  was going on when the last reports came in.
