4 gamblers arrested in Samba
Jammu: As many as four alleged gamblers were arrested today and more than Rs 1 lakh recovered from their possession in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district, police said.
Acting on a tip-off, a police team raided a place in the district and arrested the accused — Misri Khan, Imran Khan, Ram Sagar and Gopal Krishan — along with Rs 1,22,000 from the spot, an officer said.
The four have been booked under the gambling Act, he added.
