Burglars steal gold, cash in Tral Village

Tral: Burglars decamped with cash and gold from a house on Friday in Amlar village of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Reports said that burglars struck on Friday around 1 pm in broad daylight as they entered into a residential house of Ali Mohammad Malik son of Abdul Samad Malik of New Colony Amlar in Tral and decamped with gold jewellery worth lakhs and some cash.
According to the house owner, gold jewellery worth lakhs and cash was stolen by the burglars, when all the members of family were out for their daily chores.
A police official said that a case has been registered and investigation is going on. He added that a team of police officials inspected the site and collected evidence about the incident.
He added gold worth 30 lakh and some cash has been stolen from the said house.
