Fire rages in central university Campus Nowgam
Srinagar: Fire broke out at Central University campus in Nowgam area of Srinagar city on Tuesday.
Reports said that the fire started from Journalism Department at around 12 noon.
A police officer confirmed the Incident and said that investigation has been launched to ascertain the cause of fire. The officer said that timely action by fire tenders averted a major tragedy.
Meanwhile VC of the varsity said that few students suffered minor injuries in the Incident.
