Another avalanche hits army camp in Nowgam, two soldiers missing
Two army men went missing after a snow avalanche hit army post in Nowgam sector of Kupwara on Tuesday, reports said.
According to the sources, two army men of 20 Dogra came under the avalanche. Sources said that the army has launched a rescue operation to trace the missing men.
Earlier, three army soldiers went missing after an avalanche hit an army camp in Baktore area of Gurez in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district following heavy snowfall in the area.
The rescue operations have been immediately launched in both the areas to trace the missing soldiers, the sources said.
