Weather and avalanche warnings: J&K Police establishes helplines
Srinagar: In view of the weather and avalanche warnings, Jammu and Kashmir police has established helpline numbers at every district as well as in Police Control Room Kashmir.
A police statement issued here said that general people of the valley are requested to contact their respective concerned Police Helpline’s in case on any emergency and exigency.
Inspector General of Police Munir Ahmad Khan has directed all the concerned district SSP to remain vigilant and keep their men readiness for the help of general public. IGP further said that these helpline’s has been established in every district and will remain functional 24×7.
