T20 Cup inaugurated at Saloosa
Baramulla: Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Dr Nasir Ahmad Naqash today inaugurated ‘MLA Sangrama T20 Cricket Cup’ at Mirpur Sports Stadium Saloosa, Kreeri.
The inaugural match was played between Saloosa and Kreeri cricket teams, which witnessed an overwhelming attendance of cricket enthusiasts and other prominent sections of Sangrama constituency. About 80 local cricket teams are going to participate in the tournament.
Speaking after inaugurating the tournament, the DC said that such events provide the platform in channelizing the potential of our youth towards the right direction.
He said hailed the organizers and urged youth to participate in such events besides assuring every possible support in this regard from the district administration.
