Army man killed in Keran sector
Srinagar: An Indian Army man was Killed in an encounter with militants along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Keran Sector, reports said on Wednesday.
Reports said that the gunfight broke out at Choken Post in Keran sector near the Line of Control early morning today, and a soldier was killed in the exchange of firing between the two sides.
The identity of the slain soldier could not be ascertained immediately.
The operation was going on when reports last came in.
