PDP delegation meets Interlocutor Sharma

Srinagar: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) delegation today met the newly appointed interlocutor Dineshwar Sharma in Srinagar.

The PDP delegation was led by Vice President Mr Sartaj Madni, General Secretaries Nizamuddin Bhat and Qazi Afzal.

Madni while welcoming Sharma expressed hope that the dialogue process started by Centre will culminate into meaningful & tangible outcome, despite difficulties.

He said, ” Welcome centre’s representative Mr Dineshwar Sharma on his maiden visit to Kashmir. Hope the exercise undertaken will culminate into meaningful & tangible outcome, despite difficulties.”

“Union Government should allay the apprehensions and attract political, social & religious groups of all hues for a mutually agreed common ground. Headway on implementing agenda of alliance can further help in promoting conducive atmosphere needed for sustainable dialogue” Madni added.
