Militants hideout busted in Ganderbal Forest
Government forces today busted a militant hideout in Najwan forests of Kangan area, reports said.
According to the police sources, a joint operation by 24RR and SOG Ganderbal was launched in the Najwan forest area after the inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
However, no contact with the militants was established but were sucessful in finding their hideout. Police said that they have recovered a large cache of arms and ammuniation from the site.
