Mentally unsound boy recovered in Srinagar
Srinagar: Srinagar police has sought help of the general public in identifying a mentally unsound boy recovered from Maharaj Gunj area of the city.
A spokesman of police said that Police Station Maharaj Gunj received an information that a mentally unsound boy is roaming in ZainaKadal area.
He said that on receipt of this information, a police party of Police Station Maharaj Gunj rushed to the spot and recovered the boy who seems to be mentally deranged. The boy was brought to Police Station Mahraj Gunj.
On questioning, the boy identified himself as Imran son of Noor Mohammad Zargar resident of Nowgam.
Police has now requested the general public to kindly contact PCR Srinagar on 9596222550, 9596222551, 0194-2477568 or Police Control Room on 100 if anybody has any information about the boy.
