Srinagar: A dead body of BJP youth leader was found in Shopian district of south Kashmir on Thursday evening.
Identified as Gowhar Bhat, he was associated with the youth wing of the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP).
Reports said that the throat of the deceased was slit.
The body was found in Killora area of the district. Police have taken cognizance of the incident and investigations have been started.
