CASO launched in north Kashmir’s Kupwara
KUPWARA: Government forces on Wednesday afternoon launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in north Kashmir’s Kupwara.
SSP Kupwara Shamsheer Hussain confirmed that CASO was launched after the information of militants’ presence in Hyhama area and added that the search operation is being conducted jointly by Army, SOG and CRPF.
Search operation in the area was going on when last reports came.
