Pattan Police traces missing boy
Pattan: Police on Thursday claimed to have traced a boy who was missing from his house in Mehnmoodpora since today morning.
Police said that the boy identified as Showkat Ahmad Lone who was missing since morning was traced out from Jammu.
Pattan Police after receiving the Information about missing of a minor boy had registered an FIR and started investigation in the case.
Following the registration of the case, a special team was constituted by SHO Pattan Inspector Saleem headed by Sub Inspector.
During the investigation, the special team traced the boy from Jammu and a team has been deputed to Jammu to bring the boy along.
Meanwhile, family members as well as the locals of area hailed the efforts of SDPO and SHO Police Station Pattan for tracing the boy within hours.
