Police traces out a missing teenager

Srinagar: Police on Saturday claimed to have traced out a boy who according to his family had gone missing on last week.

“On 17th of September Ghulam Mohammadd Bhat son of Abdul Gaffar Bhat resident of Deharna Mantpora approached police at Dooru along with a written report in which he stated that his nephew Aadil Salam Bhat aged about 14 years old, a student at Darul-uloom at Malhora was missing since 14th of this Month,” a spokesman said.

He said that after this information was received a missing report was lodged in DD of Police Station Dooru and search of boy under the supervision of SSP Anantnag was set into motion .

After strenuous efforts of Anantnag police the missing youth  was recovered today from Jammu and after completion of all legal formulities, the missing youth was handed over to his parents.
