CRPF officer among two troopers injured
Srinagar: Two para military troopers including an officer of the para military CRPF were injured in a militant attack at Mir Bazaar area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Saturday evening, a police official said.
He said that militants this evening opened fired upon a CRPF party near Malpora in Mir Bazaar area leaving two CRPF troopers injured. The injured include an officer.
Both the injured were shifted to nearby hospital where from they were referred to military hospital Srinagar for specialized treatment. Soon after the incident the joint team of forces launched hunt to nab the assailants.
