Militants fired upon man in Tral
Tral: A former militant was injured critically after suspected militants opened fire at him in Tral area of South Kaahmir’s Pulwama district on friday.
According to the reports, suspected militants after Friday prayers shot at former militant Rafiq Ahmad Bhat alias Dada s/O Ghulam Mohi ud din of Abghar in the town. In the incident the Dada sustained serious bullet wound and has been immediately shifted to nearby hospital where from he has been shifted to Srinagar for specialised treatment.
As per sources, this is the second attack on him as he was last attacked by militants in 2015.
Soon after the incident, a joint team of police, CRPF and army arrived on the spot and launched the hunt to nab the attackers.
