Bear leaves a man injured in Lower Munda, Qazigund

A 60 Years old man was injured after a bear attacked him in Lower Munda on Jammu Srinagar National Highway in District Anantnag on Monday. The Injured were identified as Ghulam Mohi ud din Beigh Son of Abdul Aziz Beigh, a resident of Lowermunda.

According to the witness, Beigh went to bring fodder for his cattle’s from his orchid nearby his residence, where a wild bear attacked him and damaged his face.


Beigh was rescued by the locals and was rushed immediately to the Qazigund Emergency Hospital where the Doctors declared his condition critical and shifted him to SKIMS, in Srinagar.
