DIG CKR flags off Mini Bharat Darshan Tour
Police, under its civic action programme organized a Mini Bharat Darshan Tour which was flagged off by DIG CKR Ghulam Hassan Bhat at District Police Lines Srinagar, on Monday.
Forty students from Budgam, Ganderbal, Leh and Kargil districts, accompanied by four caretakers along with a DySP Shami Kumar are part of the tour.
During this tour the students are going to visit places of historical importance and other places of interest in Jammu, Chandigarh and capital city Delhi for 06 days.
The touring students will interact with political dignitaries, Nobel prize winners, senior administrative officers and prominent schools in Delhi.
The tour is of paramount importance and would not only be beneficial to the touring students but will also inspire other students to participate in future tour programmes.
