Grenade attack in Sopore, two security personnel injured
Two cops were injured after supspected militant a police party in north Kashmir’s Sopore town on Sunday morning, police said.
According to the reports, two one Jammu and Kashmir police cop and another CRPF jawan was injured after militants hurled a grenade in Sopore chowk early Sunday morning.
“Terrorists hurled a grenade at #Sopore Chowk. 1 JKP and 1 CRPF jawans injured. Area cordoned off,” IGP North Nitish Kumar said on twitter.
Police said that area has been cordoned off and search for the militants have been launched.
