Shutdown continues in Tral against civilian killings

A complete shutdown is being observed on the 3rd consecutive day Saturday at Tral town in south Kashmir’s   Pulwama district to mourn the killing of two civilians.

All shops and other business establishments are closed while traffic is off the roads.

Two civilians including a young girl Rattandeep also known as Tinky Kour daughter of Ichpal Singh resident of Chattrogam and Ghulam Nabi Trag son of Ghulam Ahmad Trag resident of Tral-e-Payeen were killed and 30 others were injured after a grenade attack on the cavalcade of PDP leader and R&B minister Naeem Akhtar near bus stand Tral two days ago.
