Gang of burglars busted in Shopian
A gang of burglars attempting to loot over one hundred boxes of Apple was Wednesday busted in Wathoo Shirmal village of South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Sources said that the locals busted the gang of three burglars alongwith their vehicle who according to them were attempting to loot 120 boxes of apple in the village in the wee hours of this morning.
They said that when the burglars were on the verge to leave the place, the locals swung into action and caught the gang.
Meanwhile, police officials informed ‘Kashmir Vision’ that they were not on the spot when the incident occurred.
However, they said that the investigation has been taken up in this regard.
