Army, police, CRPF make ‘joint surrender’ offer to militants
Army and Jammu Kashmir Police and Central Reserve Police Force on Monday jointly offered Kashmiri militants to surrender.
In a joint press conference in Srinagar, IGP Kashmir Range, Muneer Ahmad Khan and Army’s Major General B S Raju made this offer. CRPF top officials were also present on the occasion.
IGP Khan also offered to reward those who help in the surrender of militants.
“Officers who help in the surrender of militants will be rewarded,” Khan told reporters.
