Mirwaiz to lead Eid-ul-Azha prayers at Eidgah
Anjuman-e- Auqaf Jamia Masjid Thursday informed the general public that the congregational Eid-ul-Azha prayers will be offered at Eidgah Srinagar at 9:30 am on Saturday.
According to the statement issued here, the Auqaf Jamia Masjid said that Mirwaiz Umar Farooq will deliver Eid sermon at Eidgah and will highlight the significance of Qurbani and the importance of Eid-ul-Azha from 8:30 am onwards.
The statement further said that people should attend the gathering in large numbers and follow proper discipline. People are also requested to bring prayer mats along.
