Last date for scholarship extended
In a communiqué received from Directorate of Tribal Affairs, last date for the submission of applications for Pre-Matric (9TH, 10th) and Post-Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Tribe Students is extended upto September 25, 2017.
For Pre-Matric Scholarship to ST Students for Class 9th and 10th students are advised to fill the application form as per eligibility along with one passport size photograph to be pasted on Application form duly attested by the Head of the Institution, Permanent Residence Certificate (State Subject), Caste Certificate (Scheduled Tribe) from competent authority, Hosteller or Non-Hosteller Certificate, issued by the Institution/Warden Parents’/Guardian’s Income Certificate (In Original from the Concerned Tehsildar in case of students whose Parents / Guardians are non-Government Employees. In case of Government employees, salary certificate issued by the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officers is to be attached.
For post-matric scholarship to students from 11th onwards students are advised to fill the application form as per eligibility along with one passport size photograph to be pasted on application form duly attested by the Head of the Institution, Permanent Residence Certificate (State Subject), Caste Certificate (Scheduled Tribe) from competent authority, receipt of Fee in original issued by the institution duly countersigned by head of the institution, Promotion certificates, (Renewal Case only), hosteller certificate, issued by the Institution/Warden and Parents/Guardian’s Income Certificate (In Original from the Concerned Tehsildar in case of students whose Parents / Guardians are non-Government Employees). In case of Government Employees, Salary Certificate issues by the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officers is to be attached.
In case of private Institutions, documentary proof of Recognition by Central / State Government / UGC /State Board of Technical Education /NIELIT (DOEACC)/ Statutory Professional Councils to be attached.
