Majlis-e-Hussaini held at Isgandarpora Budgam
A day-long Majlis-e-Hussaini was held today at Isgandarpora Beerwah in Budgam. In which thousands of devotees from different parts of the Valley attended the Majlis. The Majlis was organized by J&K Shia Association (JKSA)
Minister for Information Technology, Technical Education and Youth Services & Sports, Molvi Imran Raza Ansari, who is also the President of JKSA, presided over the convention and addressed the gathering on the occasion.
Molvi Ansari threw light on life and teachings of Imam Hussain (AS) and called on the people to follow the path and teachings of Islam. While paying tributes to the martyrs of Karbala, he said the martyrs of Karbala have set an example before the people through their deeds and these examples will inspire people forever.
On the occasion, Ansari also prayed for the Muslim Ummah for their religious peace, unity and integrity.
