Farooq denies delegating authority
Former Chief Minister and member Parliament, Farooq Abdullah has denid delegating or entrusting any individual to represent or take up issues of public works with various officials.
In a statement issued here, Farooq’s office said that, “It is for the general information of the public and the administration that National Conference President and Member of Parliament for Srinagar, Dr. Farooq Abdullah has not delegated any individual or group to represent and take-up any issues or works with the administration, unless otherwise formally specified or conveyed by Dr. Farooq Abdullah’s Office or through the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Head Office.
Anybody falsely claiming any such delegation and/or forged/fictitious authorization will be dealt with according to the law. All such claims should be kindly verified with Dr. Farooq Abdullah’s Office by calling on 0194-2452540.
