Kashmir highway restored for traffic

Srinagar-Jammu highway was restored for traffic on Wednesday after remaining closed for over 12 hours due to landslides last night.

“The highway was closed last evening following landslides at several places, including at Rattanbas Banihal during four-laning work on the road, ” an official said.

The official said that traffic was resumed today after remaining suspended for over 12 hours.
