Police recruitment board notifies syllabus for written test

Chairman police recruitment board (SIs) has notified the syllabus for written examinations to be conducted for the Sub Inspector candidates. The written examination will be based on multiple choice question paper (objective type).
The answer script would be OMR based and the questions for the above said written examination will be from the prescribed syllabus. The duration of the written examination will be of two hours in which the candidates will have to compulsorily attempt all the multiple choice questions, a spokesman said here.
He said that the question paper will be in English only and the written examination shall be held in the second fortnight of November, 2017 for which the date and venue shall be informed separately. Only those candidates will be called for the 2nd phase i.e. written test who have qualified the Physical Endurance Test/Physical Standard Test (PET/PST) and also fulfill the other required eligibility criteria in accordance with the PHQ Advertisement Notification dated 30-12-2016.
