Two policemen injured as militants attack search party in Hajain
Two policemen and an army man were injured after militants attacked them during a cordon and search operation at Hajin area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Sunday morning.
The injured soldier was identified as Sepoy Raj Kumar of 13 RR.
The two cops, identified as Mukhtiyar and Fayaz Ahmad, were injured after militants fired at them from outside the cordoned off area in Kochak Mohalla of Hajin.
“Whole area has been now cordoned off and a hunt has been launched to track down the militant group”, an official said.
