Majid Bhat posted as Law Secretary
The Government today ordered posting of Abdul Majid Bhat, Secretary, J&K Legislative Council as the Secretary to the Government, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
As per the orders issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), Bhat will hold the charge of the post of Secretary, J&K Legislative Council, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Pertinently, Bhat was, since July 2016, holding the additional charge of Secretary to the Government, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
Meanwhile, the Government ordered transfer and posting of several Under Secretaries today.
