Pulwama shuts to mourn death of civilian, Militants

A complete shutdown is being observed in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district aganist the killings of three militants and a teenage civilian in Tral area of Pulwama district yesterday afternoon.

Three militants of Ansar Gozwatul Hind namely Ishaq of Batagund Tral  Zahid of Nawdal tral, Ashraf of Bage Trich of Pulwama area were killed in an encounter with government forces yesterday at Gulab Bagh area of Tral town.

Civilian Younis Sheikh also got killed in post encounter clashes.

Government yesterday had issued an order to close  all colleges and higher secondary schools of the district  as a precautionary measure today.

Thousands of people are thronging to the homes of slain militants and civilian to express solidarity with them

Meanwhile all business establishments and educational institutions remained closed in the area while as traffic was also off the roads.
