APDP stages sit-in protest in Srinagar

Association of Parents of Disappeared Persons (APDP) on Thursday held its monthly sit-in protest at Lal Chowk Srinagar and urged the Jammu and Kashmir government to take note of human rights violations, including enforced disappearance.

APDP made the demand during protest in Srinagar in which scores of parents and relatives of disappeared persons participated.

APDP held posters with slogans urging India to ratify the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance.
