Third militant killed in Gulab Bagh enocunter
After police found a third dead body believed to be that of a militant near the encounter site in Gulab Bagh area of Tral, the death toll in the ongoing encounter has reached to three.
Earlier, two militants were killed in an encounter between security forces and militants in Gulab Bagh area of Tral, police said. However, the identity of the militants is yet to be ascertained.
A gunfight between government forces and militants erupted in Gulab Bagh area of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
As per sources, soon after forces cordoned off the area the militants hiding fired upon them triggering encounter.
Meanwhile, the search operation is going on when the reports came in.
