PDP MLA booked in assault case
MLA Rajouri and PDP State Secretary , Qamar Hussain has been booked in case of attempt to murder for assaulting a man near Darhali bridge locality, police said.
According to police, on the complaint of one Ayaz Ahmed @ Shiki SO Mohd Bashir resident of Pululian Dassal Rajouri, an FIR has been registered at PS Rajouri.
The complainant alleged that the MLA and his PSO’s assaulted him.
Consequently, an FIR No.336/2017 u/s 307/341/34 RPC has been registered at PS Rajouri and the accused MLA has been booked in this regard.
