Normalcy returns in Sopore town after three days

Life returned to normal in Sopore and its outskirts on Tuesday after a three-day shutdown to mourn the killing of three local militants who were killed in an encounter at Amargrah on last Saturday morning.

All shops, business establishments, petrol pumps, government offices and banks reopened, while public transport also was back on roads in Sopore town.

Except Boys Degree college and Boys Higher Secondary School Sopore, all educational institutes in the town resumed their class work.
