LeT owns Highway attack at Nowgam
Militant outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba has claimed the responsibility of attack on CRPF patrol on Nowgam Bye-Pass here this evening. Defence sources said that a CRPF personnel was injured in the attack. According to sources the soldier got hit in his thigh and his condition is stable.
While claiming the responsibility of the attack on Indian security forces at Nowgam Srinagar, LeT spokesman Abdullah Ghaznavi in a statement to news agency said, ‘Mujahideen of Lashkar-e-Toiba attacked an Army convoy at Nowgam and the Army has suffered many casualities’.
