Following heavy rains in Kathua a 50-year-old man was killed and his son injured when their house collapsed, police said Wednesday.
The deceased Bahadur Singh was killed and his son Kamal Singh was injured, they said.
“Due to heavy rains, the house collapsed in Duggar area of Kathua district late last night,” police said.
Pertinently during the last month at least six persons died due to flash floods trigerred by incessant rains in Doda.
