Police arrests newly recruited militant in Sopore
Sopore police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested a newly recruited militant in Sopore.
Sopore police said, “A joint Naka of 22-RR/179-CRPF & Police Sopore was laid at Fruit Mandi crossing Sopore. During Naka checking one individual namely Basit Najar of Sopore was apprehend and from his possession one pistol was recovered.
On questioning the said person revealed that he along with his associate namely Danish Mantoo of Sopore recently joined LeT outfit and we are active in Sopore area.”
