Five injured after Maruti Car rams in to an Army Vehicle

At least five persons were injured in a road mishap near Chandhara Pampore in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway today afternoon.

“A Speeding Maruti car rammed in to a Parked army vehicle near Chandhara, resulting into injuries to five person traveling in the Maruti car, SHO Pampore Adil Rashid said.

The injured have been identified as Ishfaq Ahmad, Rameez Ahmad, Manzoor Ahmad, Irshad Ahmad all residents of Accabal Anantnag and Bilal Ahmad Hajam resident of Kokernag.

All the injured were rushed to Sub District Hospital Pampore for treatment.

After first aid all the injured persons were referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for specialized treatment, doctors at SDH Pampore said.

Police Pampore has seized both the Vehicles and registered a case in this regard.
