CRPF trooper dies in Anantnag after commander ‘denies’ him permission to visit hospital

A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) trooper has reportedly died after he was allegedly denied permission by his company commander to see a doctor in Wanpoh area of Qazigund in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

Angry over the death of their colleague, troopers thrashed the company commander, police sources said.

The identity of the deceased CRPF trooper could not be immediately ascertained.
