Youth injured in army firing succumbs
A youth who was critically injured after army allegedly opened fire in Beerwah town of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Friday, has succumbed to his injuries, reports said.
The youth identified as Tanveer Ahmad Wani , son of Mohammad Akbar Wani was hit by a bullet in his head. He was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. However, he succumbed to his injuries.
Sources said that army opened fire on youth who pelted them with stones in the town.
