Bomb explodes in Pulwama’s Bamnoo village

At least two people were injured when a bomb exploded near July 3 encounter site in Bamnoo village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday.

According to the reports, a bomb exploded at Bamnoo village near the July 3 encounter site. Sources said that the injured were immediately shifted to the hospital in Pulwama.

The injured were identified as Muzamil Ahmad Khan  and Umar Khan. Sources said that Muzamil Ahmad was in a critical condition and was referred to Srinagar for specialised treatment. 

Umar, meanwhile, was treated in district hospital Pulwama. 

It is pertinent to mention here that three militants were killed in an encounter in Bamnoo village on July 3.
