Teenager drowns in dam in Uri

A 19 years old daily-wager of National Hydel Power Corporation (NHPC) drowned on Friday afternoon after he fell into a dam in border town of Uri in north Kashmir.

The deceased has been identified as Aadil Ahmad son of Aurangzeb Awan of Salambad Uri.

Locals told Kashmir Vision over phone that the deceased  fell into the dam as he was sanitizing it with other employees.

With the efforts of police and locals, the dead body was recovered after four hours.
