Awareness held on CM’s Super-50 coaching

Department of Information and Public Relations organised an awareness programme on “CM’s Super-50 Coaching Classes” at Govt Boys Higher Secondary School Reasi on Thursday.

Chief Education Officer (CEO) Bishan Singh was chief guest on the occasion while Principal of the host school Sudershan Pandoh was the guest of honour.

Over 70 students drawn from class 9thand 10th being taught under this innovative programme of the state government attended the event.

Speaking on the occasion, chief guest threw light on the topic and said that being one of the foremost initiatives of Chief Minister of J&K, Super-50 Free coaching has brought about positive changes in the education system to synergize quality education and career of students.

He appreciated the efforts of the Information Department in providing platform to the students which encourages them to participate in extra-curricular activities thereby boosting their confidence and help them face competitions.  

Students presented their views on the benefits of Super-50 free coaching for the students especially belonging to poor sections or other who have no access with the formal education system.

 Vaneet Kumar got first position, Nitin Sharma second and third position was clinched by Shuvam Singh and Dalvinder Sharma.

Later, a colourful cultural programme by the students and local artists was also presented on the occasion.

NCC Associate Officer Amit Kumar, Lecturers, teachers and other were also present there.
