Ramadan luck draws every Saturday at Kashmir Haat

Fifty people have received prizes in various categories in the weekly lucky draws that are being held during the ongoing Ramadan festival at Kashmir Haat.

These luck draws are held every Saturday and now the next lucky draw would be held on May 24 for which the grand prize will be a motorbike for boys and a scooty for girls apart from household appliances.

In the last lucky draw, 30 people bagged prizes that includes M. Sayed (tea set), Vikram Lal (tea set), Musaib (tea set), M. Shafi (tea set), Sameer (kettle), Manzoor Ahmad (kettle), Rajesh Layek (iron), Waseem Ahmad (iron), Inayatullah (iron), Div Com office (hand blender), Mrs. Mehmooda (rice cooker), M. Altaf (rice cooker), Ajaz Ahmad (mixer/grinder), Iqbal Salim (mixer/grinder), Naseema (dinner set), Gulshan Ahmad (dinner set), Hilal Ahmad (dinner set), Shabir Ahmad (microwave oven), Owais Qadir (fridge), Iqra (fridge), Ghulam Mohammad (LED TV), Sajad Ahmad (washing machine), Khushboo Jan (washing machine), Sahil Manzoor (washing machine), Mehnaz (music system), Javid Rahim (washing machine), Gayasudin (music system), Ajaz Ahmad (LED TV), Saima (fridge) and Aasima (bike).

Many prizes and gift items are on display that includes fridge, oven, music system, bicycle and tea set.

The Ramadan festival is being held at Kashmir Haat in Srinagar and is drawing a huge response from the people.

This festival has been organised by Jammu and Kashmir Cultural Academy, under the supervision of Department of Culture. The aim of the festival is to relive the spirit of festivity.
